Crystal Healing Treatments

Crystal Healing is an ancient therapy that utilises the natural power of crystals and gemstones to improve health and well-being.

Crystal healing is holistic, meaning that the treatment restores health and balance atall levels, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Appropriate crystals are choosen and are placed on the chakra’s, on or around the body, to support the natural flow of energy and the healing process.

Healing with Crystals a relaxing therapy session using specific stones which are choosen for their therapeutic and healing benefits which are also in alignment with the chakra’s energy for reduction of stress and restoring vitality. The stones are placed on the front of the body on the Chakra’s point. A deep relaxing soothing treatment where you are encouraged to relax and focus on the areas where you want to heal and help you let go of all tension and stress.

Contra-indications to Crystal Healing

Before you begin, a consultation is done to determined the best appropriate crystals for you.

Some conditions may require a letter from your GP before undertaking a Crystal healing therapy such as:  Epilepsy and pacemakers. Care and consideration are taken to avoid placing crystals close to the head and away from pacemakers.

If you are on medication and not sure, check with your GP before undertaking Treatments.

Mental Health: 
Some mental health conditions can affect the balance of the subtle energy system, over energising some chakra’s whilst depleting others. Some medicationn whether prescribed or not can have a similar effect. Precautions are taken into consideration during your session.

Pregnancy:
Pregnancy is not specifically a contra-indication. Treatments are avoided in the first Trimester (3 months) or longer if there is a history of miscarriage.  A GP Letter is required before having Crystal therapy Healing.

Cancer:
Areas where tumours are being treated with radio therapy are to be avoided. Crystals are not placed on those areas. A GP letter is required before treatment begins.

Diabetes:
This condition can cause arterioscleriosis, High blood pressure and Oedema. Some Diabetes clients can become Hypoglycaemic (low blood sugar) during treatments. Please have all your medications and blood testing kits and food supplements such as glucose, sweets, biscuits etc with you during treatments. GP letter is required before treatment begins.
